Do Nothing Day

Today Chasity, Aidan and I stayed home and did nothing. We laid on the couch. We took a countertop full of medicine. We watched lots of tv. We did nothing productive. Only it was productive, because tonight after we all awoke from our lengthy naps--we ALL felt markedly better! Yippee! 

Tonight when I tucked Chasity in I said to her, "Tomorrow is going to be a new day and you're going to wake up smiley and happy and feeling good so you can...." and she chimed in, "GO TO SCHOOL--YEAH!". Yes, exactly!

Her prayer tonight, "Dear Lord, please tell Elisha that I said thanks for taking care of me today. In the Lords Name. Amen." :) 

Hopefully we've made it through the worst of the sickness epidemic that seems to be permeating our house and we can get ready for vacation tomorrow and get outta dodge! We need to go and visit Chasity's mom before we leave and I don't want to take any "gifts" of unwanted germs to her! 

Hopefully our Do-Nothing-Day will pay off!
